GINGERED CHICKEN STIR-FRY



     Ingredients:-



     1 pkg. Boneless chicken tenders (or use thinly sliced boneless chicken breast that is skinned)

     1 (11 oz.) can oranges

     1 tbsp. oil

     1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger

     1/4 Ib. snow peas or 1 (6 02.) frozen

     Snow peas

     1/4 bottle Stir-Fry Sauce

     4 servings hot cooked rice


     Method of Preparation:-




1.       Put chicken tenders in half. Drain oranges reserving 1/2 cup syrup, set aside.

2.  Cook ginger in hot oil in pan. Add chicken and stir-fry until chicken is opaque - about 5minutes or as required Add snow peas, reserved syrup and stir- fry sauce.

3.  Heat to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat and cover - cook 5minutes or as required Top with orange sections, heat. Serve over rice.
