Ingredients:-
1tbsp. boiled vegetables (carrot, beans, Peas, corn, potato, cauliflower, cabbage)
1 tsp. ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp. jeera 1 tsp. garam masala
1 tsp. besan chopped coriander leaves a few
Salts to taste
1 tsp. oil
Oil for roasting the Frankie
Method of Preparation:-
1. Heat 1 tsp. oil in a "pan'' and add jeera and allow to splutter.
2. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for 3mins or as required.
3. Add the boiled veggies, garam masala and salt and fry for another 3mins or as required.
4. Sprinkle besan and sauté well till the raw smell is gone.
5. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
6. Heat a pan to medium, add 112 tsp. oil or ghee and put one chapatti on it.
7. Spread 1 tbsp. of the vegetable mix in the center, fold the two sides and turn the chapatti. Add the other 112 tsp. of oil or ghee and roast till pink.
8. Repeat with the rest of the chapattis.
9. Pack the Frankie’s with any chutney or ketchup.
User's Comment / Tips:-
1. You can use any vegetables of your choice or even dry leftover vegetables.
2. Pack the Frankie’s in aluminum foil to retain the warmth.
