Ingredients:-
1/2 cup shortening
1/4 cup Brown sugar
c Pumpkin puree
Eggs
cup All-purpose flour
tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ginger
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Chopped nuts
Method Of Preparation:-
1. Combine dry ingredients in bowl. In another bowl, cream shortening and add in brown sugar and the eggs.
2. Mix well. Stir in pumpkin puree. Add in nuts and raisins.
3. Gradually stir in dry ingredients to creamed mixture, mixing well. Drop dough by spoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. And bake it.
